- Initial fertility consultation, including complete nutritional and lifestyle review for one or both partners
- Basal chart review and instruction
- Suggestions for optimizing fertility naturally
- Guidance for timing intercourse or insemination
- Intra-cervical insemination (ICI) and vaginal insemination using fresh or frozen semen
- Intra-uterine insemination (IUI) using fresh or frozen washed donor sperm
- Confirmation of pregnancy and complete prenatal care upon conception, if desired
- Referrals for further fertility treatment as needed
- Instructions and guidance for timing and performing vaginal insemination at home yourself
